Don’t get me wrong, I am a huge neutral-color lover. Black, grey and beige are my three go-to’s when I’m buying just about anything. But, I think it’s always good to have a few fun pieces in your closet, booties being one of them. In my last post, I talked about how to create new outfits with the clothes you already have, you can check that out HERE. One of the easiest ways to do that is by adding a fun pair of shoes to your outfit, and a pair of statement booties does just that.

When I was looking in my closet this weekend deciding what outfits to shoot, I noticed that I hadn’t worn these red booties in such a long time. I thought how cute would these look with an all black look, making these booties the vocal point. It makes this outfit not so boring, and dresses it up a little. We all want to change-up our looks from time to time, at least I do, and adding a fun pair of booties to your wardrobe can easily accomplish that.

Outfit Details: Sweater: H&M | Jeans: Free People | Booties: Payless, old (similar, here) | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Hat: Old Navy, old (similar, here) | Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

I decided to round-up some statement booties for you guys that are all under $100. The statement booties I have been seeing everywhere lately is leopard print. I can’t tell if I love them or hate them, the jury is still out on that one 🙂

I hope you enjoyed this post!
