Hey, hey, hey guys! Hope your Monday is off to a great start. I haven’t blogged in two weeks, and I’m so upset! I only take my photos on the weekends, since I never have time during the week. So last weekend, I had plans to do a shoot, and lo and behold, it rained, all weekend. I swear, it wants to rain every time I want to shoot some looks for the blog. Oh well, at least this past Saturday was a beautiful day, and I’m finally able to share some of my favorite new pieces with y’all this week.
This Topshop bandana straw fedora is one of my newest purchases, and one of my favorites in a while. I mean, how cute will this be to wear to Sunday brunch, or happy hour with the girls this Summer? I was never into hats until this past year, and now, I can’t get enough of them. They are such an easy accessory to throw on that totally makes your outfit look so much more put together, and not to mention cuter 😉 You can pair it with your favorite summer pieces like an adorable floral romper, jean skirt, your favorite pair of Levi’s, and of course that maxi dress that’s been hanging in your closet, patiently waiting for you to finally wear it out of the house! I have one of those, guilty! You can buy this fedora now for $30, which is actually a great deal for a hat that won’t ever go out of style!
Like I’ve talked about in some of my other posts, I have such an issue finding a good pair of shorts. I bought a pair of Amuse Society ones a few months back that I talked about here, and since, been desperately looking for another pair. I bought these Levi’s from Nordstrom last week, and I’m still trying to figure out if I like them. I feel like I am a little between sizes, and can’t tell if these look a tad too tight or not. Thoughts?! Why must shorts be so hard to find, ugh! Super frustrating. If anyone recommends a brand of shorts, leave them in the comments below! What I do love about these Levi’s though, is the wash. I had been wanting a pair of darker wash shorts, so these were perfecto!
My darling top is from H&M, and was less than $30. It gives this look a kind of boho-chic vibe. I wanted to pair this outfit with a cute pair of booties, but unfortunately, I don’t own the pair that I had in mind haha. Why cant the outfits I dream up in my head magically appear in my closet? I know I’m not the only one who thinks this! What I love about this top though, is how light and airy it is, and that all you need to wear under it is a simple bralette. Whoever invented bralettes should deserve an award or something. So much better than an annoying bra, am I right?! I buy my bralettes from this little boutique store that doesn’t have an online shop, but I linked a few similar ones from Forever 21 below!
Expect some more blog posts coming your way this week! Have a great rest of your day babes!
Thanks for stopping by xo
