Denim on denim on denim, I just can’t get enough! Denim accessories immediately make your outfit look so dang cute! I bought this romper about a year ago from H&M, and it’s adorable for both spring and summer. Pair it with a jean jacket during the summer, or even a leather jacket during the fall, and you got one hot lookin’ look! I paired this look with some heeled sandals, but wedges or even heels could easily dress up this look depending on the occasion. I’m telling you, you can get away with wearing it anywhere. This same exact romper is unfortunately no longer available, but I did manage to find a few similar ones that you can find linked at the bottom of this post.

My jean heeled sandals I have talked about here and here, but I decided to pair it with this romper specifically because of the jean jacket I was also styling it with. I feel like to pull off the denim on denim look, you have to figure out what’s a little too much. If I had been wearing denim jeans, a jean jacket, and these sandals, the fashion police would have been knocking at my door! I would say a good rule is to pick two denim items and that’s it. Anymore than that is a disaster waiting to happen haha. These heeled sandals are less than $30, and can still be bought at Target online.

This jean jacket is still available at H&M (yay!) and you can buy it for less than $40. A jean jacket is such a great accessory–I’m dying to buy it in both white and black. I always say a good jacket can totally pull together a look, and I think with this particular outfit, it’s definitely true. But, a jean jacket doesn’t always need to be actually worn, you can also tie it around your waist! I’ve been seeing lots of girls doing this lately, and I think it makes for such an effortlessly-chic look. Right?! I’m definitely planning on wearing a jean-jacket-tied-around my-waist type look for my trip this week, so stay tuned 😉
