Hey guys! It’s Tuesday, which means I am almost halfway through my week already. I’m heading to Texas on Friday to visit some friends and I am so stoked. As I’ve said before, I went to college at TCU and haven’t been back for about a year now! I plan to do a little Fort Worth guide of things to do and places to eat once I get back. The one thing I’m most excited for, the queso! Queso isn’t a huge thing here in California, but in Texas, it’s a must when you go to a Tex-Mex restaurant. Side note: Texas has the best Mexican food ever 🙂

Anyhow, I finally got on the “mom jeans” trend, and I am so glad I did. I got these jeans for under $40 at H&M. Right when I walked in, I saw these bad boys on the mannequin and thought I need to try these on. I felt so Kendall Jenner when I put them on, so naturally I had to buy them. They are tight at the waistline but are looser in the leg area. In my opinion they are so flattering, especially in the butt area 😉

I paired these jeans with a lightweight v-neck sweater from Forever 21. I love neutral colors, so this sweater was a must-have for me. My booties are from Steve Madden but from awhile back. Warning: they aren’t the most comfortable and may or may not cause blisters. I actually have scars from these booties, but beauty is pain, right? Maybe? Ha. I love how the jeans actually flare out over the boots. Gives it this casual, effortless-chic look. To complete the look I threw on my fedora from Forever 21 and whaalaa. My new favorite look so far. I think I said that in my last post too, whoops!

I hope you all have a great week. Make sure to follow along on my Instagram and Instagram story if you want a little glimpse into Fort Worth. It’s so crazy to think I have already almost been out of college for almost two years! Where has the time gone?
